Structured Onboarding: EQUIK & EQUIP Programs

We run structured onboarding and cross-training programs, EQUIK and EQUIP, to develop our engineers from their first day with us. We sponsor their higher education, including Master's and Doctoral programs, and support our engineers in publishing research in industry journals.

Contributing to Chemical & Information Engineering

In addition to training its employees, Equinox is committed to contributing to the learning of chemical engineers and building future generations of chemical "information" engineers. It conducts free lectures and programs at several academic institutes in and around Pune.
